This formative evaluation study examines the process of implementation of the Youth Engagement Initiative as outlined in the 2010 scopes of service, and identifies facilitators and challenges to this process to inform Initiative improvement and advancement of implementation. The report has been updated to include six case studies that provide snapshots of the implementation process in a variety of settings.
