A longitudinal study of 9 long-term e-cigarette users who had never smoked was unable to identify biological changes or health issues in this small group. The CDC published a major report examining prevalence of tobacco use among all tobacco products including e-cigarettes. While smoking prevalence was found to be only 15%, overall tobacco use was over 20%.
