The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in the US released a major report on the consequences of e-cigarettes use and presented some of the most rigorous evaluations of e-cigarettes to date.
An important meta-analysis in the BMJ found that even one cigarette per day was associated with substantial health risks.
