OTRU
OTRU PhD student Sherald Sanchez explores the differences between vaping cessation and smoking cessation in youth and young adults. The challenge for vaping cessation is that it is discreet but not discrete—it is easy to vape continuously without being aware of the behaviour.

In the update to the Cochrane Review on e-cigarettes for smoking cessation, the authors find that there is moderate‐certainty evidence that e-cigarettes with nicotine increase quit rates compared to e-cigarettes without nicotine and compared to NRT.
